Went here to get my yearly eye exam and the lady attending me was rude and impatient when asking the whole "one? Or two?" Thing when checking for lenses. The wait time before my appointment was abysmal and I didnt get in until more than an hour after my appointment was set to start. After being seen, the line to get my prescription was taking extremely long as well. Overall not a really great experience

I went for an annual eye exam and I had an appointment and still had to wait an hour to be seen. On top of that in the blistering heat during the summer they had no air conditioning and a huge metal floor fan blowing all the hot air around. I can’t depend on anyone answering the phone when I call because when I do it just hangs up, therefore I can’t leave a message. Unfortunately I can no longer deal with it so I will be getting a new doctor. Please get it together.

They give you an appointment ‘let’s say at 9:00am’ and you get called back at 12 noon. Terrible. The girls at the front desk are polite but they have no idea what they are doing when it comes to scheduling people. They schedule too many people on the same day! Dr. Collazo is ‘ok’ ... one day he’s friendly, the next he’s rushing you out the door without a care in the world once you tell him you can see better and how your eyes feel after medication prescribed and done. Like all Doctors... it’s all about profiting from your insurance money. No real ‘care’ or ‘compassion’ I’m done with this place.....

Appointment was at 1130am, was called in @1125am, eye exam was one of the best I ever had done. Dr. Collazo was very professional and explained everything to a "T".

Can never call them, phones never seem to work and their system is constantly down
