I am a self-pay patient because this office does not file with Blue Cross Blue Shield. Initially, I was treated professionally, but once a problem arose, the experience changed. After an issue occurred, I was told the doctor would “probably call tomorrow to discuss the issue.” I was not given the basic courtesy of any follow-up communication from the doctor. A nurse practitioner called me back instead. If you are considering becoming a patient at this facility, I encourage you to monitor your documentation closely. During two out of my three visits, I found what I believe to be inaccurate information in my records. For example, a full-body exam was documented even though one was not performed. I had no problem in getting an appointment in a timely fashion. The only wait in the waiting room was staff waiting on me to fill out all the needed forms. I was seen quickly and diagnosed and given a treatment plan/options. The entire visit was less than 30 minutes. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cole Dermatology if you are in need of services they provide.

I have to give a shout out to my first visit at Cole dermatology today was seen by nurse practitioner Johnna and medical assistant Kylie! These ladies are excellent! I shared with them what a chicken I was regarding pain and they were very sympathetic, caring, understanding and helpful, and I didn’t feel a thing. I’d give more than five stars if I could they deserve 200 seriously thank you ladies. God bless you. You’re an answer to my prayers!

It’s getting a star from my end because who ever is in charged of scheduling since the end of 2023 and last year really never ever scheduled me for an appointment. I called 4 times explained my reason for calling. I had lump/ bump on my back which I wasn’t sure if it was a cyst or what it was but I simply needed a dermatologist to have a look at it and guide me who I have to see that was 2023 at the end of the year . By mid 2024 then bump had become itchy , it was painful and it was turning black . My physician had mentioned to me after showing it to him to see a dermatologist and that’s what I did . This doctor took an oth to treat and help patients, this Dr. thinks more of money than treating a patient , My bank account was hacked and wheni went to pay my co pay, my bank account was frozen because it was hacked, Even though it was an emergency visit!!! Ge refused to see me and I was supposed to go back and have my stitches removed in 2 days, so I told them I would bring the 20.00 back in 2 days!!! Well I guess he’s a so called Dr. well his other means nothing to him!! Leaving me in excruciating pain for a lousy $20.00 bucks!!! Wow lier!! Your other means nothing to him!!! Lots of better Dr. and ones that are true to why he came a so called Dr.
