First visit today, and if I could give 100 stars, I would. From the moment we walked in, we were met with kindness, patience, and genuine care. The doctor and staff didn’t just listen — they heard us. They took the time to explain everything and made it clear that they truly want to help. I walked out in happy tears because, for the first time in a long time, I felt validated, understood, and hopeful. After seeing multiple doctors and feeling like just another appointment on the schedule with unanswered questions, this experience was incredibly emotional for me as a parent. We finally have a plan. We finally have direction. And most importantly, we finally feel like we’re not alone in this. I am beyond grateful for this team and the care they provide.
