Located conveniently off Little River Turnpike in central Alexandria, this facility is an absolute gem. From the moment I walked in with a brewing ear infection, I was met with unparalleled care. Dr. Sachdeva himself greeted me with a big, brilliant smile and such a genuinely kind bedside manner that immediately put me at ease. He was incredibly thorough in his examination, clearly explaining the possible causes of my ear pain and outlining his thoughtful approach to treatment. When I’m healthy again without Flu strain A I’ll be paying attention whether I remain in a hypertension state. His nurse was awesome. She had me blow my nose without wiping (ugh, gross) before taking the flu test. That was new technique as I wasn’t as leaky, congested late morning vs when I wake up. This place is amazing ! I did my preop bloodwork , and they were fast and efficient . It was so difficult to find an urgent care that will do clearance for surgery. The customer service is great! It’s super clean also!

had an amazing experience at this urgent care yesterday. The doctor was incredibly caring and compassionate — she truly went above and beyond. She took matters into her own hands, made sure I was comfortable, and cared for me as if I were her own child. It’s rare to find someone who shows that much empathy and dedication.
