Coddle Creek Dental Care

Just had my first/ new patient visit. The office is decorated nicely and very well maintained. The staff was exceptionally kind and professional. My wait time was minimal, but they checked in on me, made sure I was comfortable at all times, pointed out the amenities and kept me informed. They explained everything thoroughly and step by step without my having to ask. All of my questions were answered in detail and they discussed options with me to suit my preferences and to come up with a treatment plan I was comfortable with. I look forward to going back to work with them on my Oral health goals.

It started out like it was the 1st training day for the Dental Hygienist and I was her 1st patient. (I was in the office over 2 hours) But as her nerves settled down (about a hour later) she proceeded to methodically complete and do a very thorough job with my teeth. I also appreciated her patience with me since I have extremely sensitive gums and require manual cleaning. In summary-she performed flawlessly….Job well done!

I am a customer of Coddle Creek Dental Care. I went in for a "flipper tooth" type of Molar Replacement. I spoke with the office staff prior to the procedure being done and was assured that my portion out of pocket would be 50% ($375.61) which I gladly paid. Last month I received a bill for $325.62 for the remainder that insurance didn’t cover, when I was assured by coddle creek dental that insurance would cover 50%. I find it very dishonest that I am now being charged by Coddle Creek Dental Care for a mistake THEY made in coding the procedure incorrectly. They coded it under a denture piece and not the single flipper tooth that I needed. Turns out the item that I needed was not covered at all. This was due to their coding mistake. I am not sure what others are having issues with but my experience has been nothing but superb with this group. Everyone is great and professional along with very personable making the appointment less stressful. I had to have multiple teeth removed and not only was there almost no pain when numbing but the pain after the service was very low. They made it perfect for healing and needing very little pain killers. I would recommend wholeheartedly.
