For 3 years after giving birth, I dealt with mild-medium incontinence and a heaviness in my lower region. I considered pelvic floor therapy every once in a while but had great trouble finding a practice that took my insurance, let alone any insurance at all. Finally, as luck would have it, my son's Occupational Therapist was also a licensed Pelvic Floor Therapist and as she set up her practice, I jumped in to begin services. Heidi is a consummate professional with vast knowledge of the pelvic region, eager to listen and excited to teach. With Heidi I feel taken care of, relaxed, and capable of progress. Since seeing Heidi the past two months, I've noticed a decrease in incontinence, a lightness in my lower region, and a sense of relief that I haven't had in years. 10/10 highly recommend he
