I’m a brand‑new patient at Cochecho Dental, and I am SO glad I made the decision to come here. I’ll be honest—I was hesitant at first because I’ve always had male dentists, but after reading the reviews I decided to give Cochecho Dental a try. I’m grateful I did. Dr. Donnelly was absolutely amazing. She truly listened to my needs and concerns, didn’t try to sell me anything, and put together a care plan that actually aligns with my goals. It’s rare to feel that heard and respected in a dental office. And I have to talk about Hannah, who did my intake, initial exam, and X‑rays. She is incredible—so kind, gentle, and patient. I cannot recommend Dr. Donnelly, Monique and Cochecho Dental enough. After being given an aggressive, $1,400+ treatment plan at another office that didn't feel right, I came here for a second opinion. They were honest, in-network with my Aetna insurance, and suggested a much more reasonable 'spot treatment' plan that saved me hundreds of dollars. It's rare to find a dentist who truly prioritizes maintenance over upselling!

Karen and I recently moved to the area and selected Cochecho Dental for our care and maintenance! We are very pleased with the highly professional and skilled service we have received at every level. This includes coordinating and booking appointments, teeth cleaning, being made to feel “comfortable” prior to getting fillings replaced or teeth capped, and of course the talented dentists, who besides being doctors are also “materials engineers”, “sculptors”, and everything else needed to bring your teeth back into functionality and looks. I am also impressed with their state-of-the-art technology that assisted them in identifying a potential problem before it became a major ordeal (a leaky cap on a root canal). Tough experience at our favorite dentist. After confirming with the front desk on two occasions that they took our new insurance I went in for my appointment. Turns out they don’t take our new insurance. Now I need to pay out of pocket. I should have called our new insurance company to confirm, that is my fault. I assumed the dentist was giving me accurate information, but should have confirmed on my own. Cocheco dentist was unfortunately not willing to reach any type of compromise and now I have a full surprise bill to pay.

I hadn't been to the dentist in a long time because I didn't have insurance, but when I broke a tooth, I bought a dental policy because I knew it'd be an expensive fix. Even with a broken tooth, no other dentist office in the area would give me an appointment for about six months! Cochecho Dental was willing to put me on a waiting list, so when someone else cancelled I got their appointment. Dr. Elle Donnelly and her team of well-trained staff (all women) took very good care of me. Not only was my broken tooth fitted and fixed with a new crown all in one day, but some cavities and cosmetic issues were taken care of over the next few months. I've got a beautiful new smile, and I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you, Cochecho Dental!
