Coborn's Pharmacy

I have always had a good experience here and have no complaints of my own. However, my neighbor's elderly and disabled mother had picked up a 12 pack of soda along with her other groceries. When she got home she looked through her receipt as she usually does and noticed she'd been charged $10 for her pop instead of the advertised price of $5. She tried to return it, but was told that the advertised price was only good if you purchased 5 12 packs. Even though it was unopened, they wouldn't allow her to return it. Very disappointed in the customer service that this individual received.

Stopped to get something for mosquito bites and the pharmacist came out and showed where and her recommendation. Super friendly. If I lived here I would use all the time.

I waited an extra 5 days to get an insulin prescription, because they did not see the prescription refill even though they received the prescription refill. I had called at least 3 times after the refill was sent to the pharmacy, and they said there had been nothing received each time. I spoke with a triage nurse who said that it was sent in several days before hand, and that the pharmacy had confirmed they received it. Afterword I called the pharmacy and told them the date and provider who sent it in and they finally found the prescription and were able to refill it. I switched pharmacies immediately following this.

I like using my local pharmacy instead of the mail order. If you have a question about something, they are always a call away or close enough if you have a question. And, if you forget to order from mail order. Coborn's Pharmacy only takes a couple of hours to fill.

My prescriptions get filled. Delivery should have a bundled option for cheaper shipping as all prescriptions could be filled and shipped. $5 a bottle is excessive. I can send a heavy package for cheaper at the post office.
