Coborn's Pharmacy

This pharmacy put my life at risk by filling a completey different perscription than what was prescribed. After going back and forth with them on being able to fill a script in a timely matter, they sent me home with something that not only wouldn't allow me the relief I needed, but a high dose of blood pressure medicine which is insanely dangerous for me. No one called me or gave me any apology worth while. People's lives are in their hands and they take no accountability for their careless actions. Thank GOD I double checked before taking the med before bed(which I normally wouldn't beings doctors notes were even on the bottle). Not only did that mishap take place but they are by far the most difficult to work with. They always give you ridiculous chunks of time that you may have to wait

Called today to find out if a prescription for Gabapentin (not a narcotic) was refilled because my dose had changed. Sue was who I was talking to and she acted like I was trying to get a narcotic filled too soon? I asked when I would need to call in the refill and she told me when it was running low (NO KIDDING). She was so rude. I asked to talk with her manager. She put me on hold to get him. I’m not sure how you don’t realize your manager isnt there but came back and said Luke was not there until Monday. For someone who works in healthcare, I could never imagine talking to someone like that. If you don’t enjoy customers or your job, maybe it’s time to consider a change!

Consistently does not have scripts in stock! Go to Walgreens or somewhere else. You can never count on this place. I'm extremely upset, and this is NOT ok!! My doc sent over 2 scripts earlier this morning. This EVENING I went in to pick them up (giving the pharmacy extra time to fill them since I usually get the "it's not ready yet" speech). I was told BOTH scripts wouldn't be available until 4pm TOMORROW!?? ☆☆No one bothered to contact me to let me know these weren't available! Had I known earlier, I could've contacted my doctor and had them send my scripts to a different pharmacy: because I NEEDED THEM TODAY! 😡😡😡 10,000% NEVER trusting this pharmacy with any of my scripts ever again!!

Best small town pharmacy and they usually have my medications in stock. Kind staff and they even have treats for the pug when I bring him with! Thank you Coborn’s pharmacy team!

Such poor service on multiple occasions! This evening was the last straw. I came in to purchase 4 different feminine products. No one was in the pharmacy line, so I asked if I could pay for the products descreetly at the pharmacy window instead of walking up to the front where there was a crowd. Despite me expressing my concerns, the female worker sharply turned me away! I told her I will NOT be coming back to fill any prescription in the future! FYI: I have never had an issue with the men working in the pharmacy, but I have had multiple nasty experiences with some of the women. Two were absolutely inexcusable(an older lady both times). I actually pulled my scripts from there because of that, but decided to give them a second chance some time later. Well, after THIS: NO MORE CHANCES. Betw
