Well, I tell you if there was the ability to do -stars they would be a -10. The experience was horrendous. My kiddos are special needs and, my youngest was held down for her exam, after I was asked if I wanted option A( hold her down and get it done)or option B (do a bit and see how it goes and give lots of brakes to make sure she is doing ok). Of course I chose option B and even when I said she needs a break, the dental assassinate just kept going. Which brought my daughter to tears, and fighting to get up. Didn't give her time to even try to understand or participate. just shoved her fingers in her mouth and didn't give her time at all. My oldest was in a different chair across the room, even after I requested I be with her as she has medical PTSD, and I wanted to talk with the dental

Sadly we are no longer able to make appointments. I missed one appointment because I forgot and had yo reschedule. Ihen my kids became ill and had to cancel last minute. I tried calling the night before but they were closed and you cannot leave a mesage. So if your kids get sick last minute you may need to bring them in or else they will drop you as clients. My kids were running fevers and throwing up, but I should have brought them in. I also was sick, but this does not matter. I'm aware this is some written policy, but its hard when your kids get sick since you can't plan for it. Very nice place. My ten year old daughter loved it and it actually looking forward to going to the dentist's office.

I am very impressed with the staff. I brought my very shy 2.5 year old for her first appointment and they did amazing. My daughter was scared and unsure about letting someone look at her teeth. They were so patient and accommodated to what would make my daughter more comfortable. My daughter now asks when she gets to go to the dentist every time we drive by!

I would send people here all the time. Dentists are nice and good with kids so are the dental assistants and hygienist. However, I will no longer recommend. Apparently if you don't make an appointment within a 12 month calender period they close your file and you are no longer welcome back. EVER. So make sure you do not miss your 12 month mark or they will fire your child (ren).

Rescheduled due to icy conditions, running late to the second after driving 3 hours in dense fog to get to them, so they won't see my 7 year old again. Real compassionate.
