If I could leave 0 stars I would because giving them 1 star is too many. Even the blind can see this place is no good. Pun intended. Please save your time, energy, effort and peace and choose another eye doctor. This one needs to be closed.

I was looking through the reviews of this place today and realized I wasn't alone in the issues I've been having. I made an appointment a month ago, I had to take my young daughter with me because I am a stay-at-home mom with no village. At this time we were covered under care source and I was having the hardest time finding an eye doctor at all in the area, let alone one that took caresourse. I called several places before I was able to get a yes from them. During the appointment, I waited close to 45 minutes to an hour just to get the exam itself. Beforehand they tried to fit me for glasses and measure my pupal distance. I was able to pick out two frames that I liked. I waited another 20 minutes or so for the receptionist to figure out how much they would cost. One pair was 60 dollars

I had been a patient for over 25 years, the staff has always been unprofessional, the doctor had been nice on some occasions but not all. Recently I paid for my prescription to be in a pair of sunglasses I purchased, after a month I called for an update and got the worst customer service. After many attempts to get a simple update, the staff and the doctor hung up on me numerous of times. I had rude accusations made towards me over the phone and in person. I had to have a peace officer to come with me to the office just to get a simple update about when my glasses would be ready. The whole situation was uncalled for and unprofessional.
