Coastline Therapy Group LLC

I absolutely love this place! I am one of those parents that will gladly voice my opinion when I feel something isn’t right with my child or with whoever is around my child as well and I have no problems with any of the staff that work here. The receptionists know my name so any time I walk in they greet me and that’s all I have to do. The best receptionist they have is Bianca, I absolutely love her! I love Adrienne and Allison! I will say that I’ve had 2 OT therapists and the 2nd one will be leaving to go back to school so I don’t necessarily like the revolving door of therapist. But it helps that everybody is lovely.

My daughter loves this place!! My daughter went to Coastline Therapy Group for almost a year for speech therapy and I’ve seen so much improvement in her speech since she started. Kristen Sheffer was her speech therapist. I was very impressed with the way Kristen worked with my daughter every session. She kept the sessions fun while also teaching my daughter new techniques. I would highly recommend Coastline Therapy to other parents.

I am writing this therapy group 3 stars for a few reasons. 1st the appearance when you enter the door isn't all that great. The carpet is really dirty. The lobby is really small. And despite the "therapy in session please keep the noise to a minimum" sign on the wall it's always extremely loud in the lobby. The therapy rooms are really small. At a $100 for a 30 minute session I would think that the place would be a little more to date. But therapy sessions are supposed to be 30 minutes long however the therapist are usually doing reporting with the last appointments when the next therapy sessions are supposed to be beginning and sometimes they end a few minutes early so you don't get your whole 30 minutes, hence not getting what you pay for. Overall I think most of the Therapist do a go
