Dr English was simply the best. I did not feel any pain through out the procedure. He answered all my questions and explained in detail what he will do and what to expect afterwards. Not only the Doc but also his team were exceptional. These young women kept me calm and smiling while waiting

The staffing team are professional, kind and caring to the patient. I would recommend this office to my family and friends.

When entering the office i was greeted. I received great help and the patients were friendly as well. Gives such a positive vibe. When entering the back to see the doctor. The doctors were very nice, patient and willing to help with anything you needed assistance with to make you as comfortable as possible

Edit to add: I really can not say enough about Dr Franz, his nurses Neila and Kristen. Despite being well into my 30s and having 4 children I still very much have a needle phobia. I really started to spiral once I got into the procedure room and rationale and reasoning starting to go out of the window. I was seeing tunnel vision and my flight response was in 5th grear. Not only did Dr. Franz AND his nurses Nelia and Kristen come in with compassion and understanding, they were truthful and honest about everything and never made me feel embarrassed or guilty and pressured into going through with anything I was uncomfortable with. They gave me time to process my feelings and anxiety, no rush, and was able to calm my nerves and I was able to relax enough to have my procedure done. It was relat
