I am a new patient so I had to start with the registration process and making an appointment. Maria was very welcoming and guided me through the process. She gave me a great first impression of the practice. The front desk staff were attentive as soon as I walked in and they were nice. That’s another good impression of the practice. Dr. Hamilton took time to ask me questions to guide his diagnosis and treatment plan. He explained everything throughly and took time to answer several questions that we had I had a positive experience and am very happy that we chose their practice

I have seen Dr. Menn numerous times in the 20 years of living in Myrtle Beach. He performed a bunionectomy around 2009(?). Recommended & made fitted arch supports for me. He is pleasant, explains fully of what he knows about your foot problem, and how it could be corrected. The nurse and the office team were pleasant to deal with. I would recommend Dr. Menn to anyone who is looking for a podiatrist!!

I had a great experience during my visit. Dr. Menn truly took his time—he listened carefully to everything I had to say and made me feel heard. After understanding my concerns, he walked me through several treatment options and explained each one clearly. I never felt rushed or dismissed. It was very easy and convenient to schedule an appointment. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor I saw was friendly And very knowledgeable. He listened to my concern, diagnose my problem, and gave me the medication that was needed to make me better.

I have been having very bad pain in my left foot, to the extent of not being able to walk. I was seen at Coastal Podiatry yesterday. After a brief exam, then X-rays it was determined I have plantar fasciitis and I was given an injection in the spot where the pain is. Then the Dr cut my new inserts to size and inserted them into my shoes. In minutes I didn’t feel the pain anymore. Not a miracle cure, the damage is still there but the injection and inserts work together to make healing possible. I’m very pleased. I have a follow up appointment in 2-3 weeks at which time all should be better but if necessary another injection may be administered. All the staff was friendly and kind, the Dr was as well. I recommend this office to anyone suffering from foot pain. It’s nowhere near as scary as I
