Coastal Pediatrics

I've been going here for 17 years now..... the first doctor my children had amazing. When she retired the second doctor we got was also very amazing.... and then I get dr. Sil wal. I will say I dont think he knows what hes taking about. He wrote the wrong stuff down and is making me jump though hoops just to get my child's physical. If this was my first visit ever I would have found a different place and not go back. Unfortunately I will see what other doctors they have and hopefully we find another Dr. Hudson or Dr. Henney.

Dr. Moors is patient, knowledgeable, extremely trustworthy, and very caring. As a first time mom I’m very nervous and she is very reassuring and calm. The nurses and front desk team are excellent as well. We love this team and this office.

The worst experience trying to get my deceased grand daughters children enrolled as new patients supplied all information ie DNA test results, birth certificate, my grand daughter's death certificate and a noterized authorization printed form from Pasquotank County Social Services signed by Thier fathers it is called Authorization To Concent to Healthcare/Education for a minor (this acts like as a power of attorney) signed by fathers giving my daughter the right to manager Thier health care and educational needs Social Services told me that the DNA results can serve as a birth certificate with the fathers name (which subscrniuosly serviced like a Birth certificate Still refusing the children's health care needs started this on May 27,2025 attempted to get them in coastal Pediatrics for

This place is horrible! They are the slowest doctor’s office ever and they can’t keep any doctors. I swear letters are always being sent out about a doctor you may have had leaving out of your network. The employees especially in the back area sit around and talk while having the patients waiting in the room. They schedule your appointment and have the nerve to say arrive 15 minutes early for what! They ain’t EVER on time with seeing you and you’re in there for longer than an hour waiting. No reason you should be in an appointment damn near over an hour and still haven’t been seen by the doctor or non qualified doctors nurse practitioners. I despise this place and will be glad when I don’t have to go back anymore. Also when you call they place you on hold and NEVER come back. So you end up

I don’t quite understand all the bad reviews for this doctors office. I have nothing but good things to say about Coastal Pediatrics. We are new patients and every front desk employee and nurse we encountered was friendly, helpful and offered assistance. And the nurse practitioner Katie Furches was by far the nicest doctor we’ve ever had! She was beyond nice and so so good with my daughter. She took her time, asked me questions and made sure I didn’t have any concerns at all. She was so sweet and I’m glad I chose to take my daughter here. 10/10 all around.
