If I could leave zero stars I would!!!! I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from this office, especially the receptionist and billing department. I had been bringing my children here for two years and not once was I notified of any outstanding balance. I never received a single bill, phone call, email, or even a mention during our countless visits. All the while, I was under the impression that we were seeing an in-network provider. Only two years later do I find out we were actually seeing an out-of-network provider—resulting in shockingly high charges that would have otherwise been covered by my insurance. Just received a call from an Ashley Dean who apparently is the officer manager in reference to no show fees dating back two years. After several attempts to get clarification she was consistently rude and as my mother would say “nice nasty” I’ve been taking my cousins to this practice for close to 10 years and this is the first experience I’ve had with this type of behavior. I’m not sure if she had a long day and felt like dumping her crap onto someone else but it’s unacceptable. They claim to have sent out statements but judging from other comments theyve been told the same thing and never received anything. Not to mention the kids were still being seen and no one ever mentioned a bill. Practice appears to be getting worse!

My children have been going to this practice for years and I've never had a bad experience. Dr Hubbard and her assistants Bailey and Nesha have been great to my kids and I'd recommend this practice to multiple people. They constantly help out when their are people in need.

I've taken my children here for almost 9 years now & couldn't imagine taking them to anywhere else. The staff is always great, they're committed to their patients. Both of my children are comfortable here & with the staff.

This is the only dentist My children have ever known and I absolutely love it here. The staff is so organized and professional and both my children are autistic and need restraints and they're always able to provide everything my children need and they're so kind with them and thorough.
