First of all, the surgeon who did my son’s extraction and the woman assisting the surgeon were wonderful. However, Brittany or Brianna- the front desk person is unpleasant. It’s not unrealistic or unreasonable to ask for clarification on billing- especially when offices collect before a bill is even generated. So, yes, I’m going to ask for clarification and I have a right to do so as a consumer. No one wants to overpay for already overly expensive dental treatment whether they have an HSA or not, which I do. I was talking very low- because my billing information is my personal business and to me there wasn’t anything confrontational about the conversation, but this lady was unnecessarily loud and I feel like it caused other people to feel like there was an issue when there wasn’t.

Overall, my experience with Dr. Dorf was exceptional. I visited Dr. Dorf for my initial consult and was so impressed with the dental assistant I first encountered who was so kind and courteous, the insurance coordinator who had financial information and documents ready for me to take home to review, and Dr. Dorf who spent as long as I needed answering my many questions. He was thorough, very patient, and most importantly, calm. I needed the calmness when doing a dental procedure. I had my procedure and he made sure I was comfortable through anesthesia, and called that evening to check in on me. I highly recommend Dr. Dorf and his office for your dental surgery needs. EXCEPTIONAL care that went above and beyond!

Best experience possible while having a molar pulled. Professional, kind,friendly and most of all very skilled. Would not hesitate to recommend Dr Dorf and his staff to anyone in need of their serviced.

Dr. Kiely and the whole staff were absolutely excellent through the process of getting my wisdom teeth extracted. I was very nervous and everybody was calm, professional, caring, and reassuring. I would highly recommend them!
