Coastal Med Urgent Care

My first time ever at Coastal Med Urgent Care was truly a very positive experience. My issue was addressed by PA Angelia Sakyi-Agyekum who was very attentive, answered all my questions and treated me with respect and kindness. So happy they are located near my home with a great staff that make you feel very comfortable and so welcoming 😊 Thank you

I’m from Toronto Canada & had no idea what to expect. I had a very great experience with the clinic staff and the doctor. Very kind, understanding & helpful in every way. Explaining my options & completely open about any costs. I don't often give 5 stars but it’s a great facility for a walk-in clinic. Trust me, if you are not feeling well, this is the place to come.

Called this morning and asked them if they do anything for an ingrown nail that is swollen and maybe infected and they stated NO! That it would be better if I went to a Podiatrist. So then I asked them why then if they know they don’t deal with ingrown nails did they charge my son $180 for nothing! My son says the doctor or whatever she is came in touch some areas on his toe and just gave him a script for antibiotics! So based on my call they knew they weren’t going to do anything but they just wanted to make some money off him since he is young and didn’t know any better! I asked for a partial refund at least since it isn’t fair what they did. And the lady on the phone stated no refund because they did see him! What a joke! We have been faithful for years to this urgent care and have even

$165 just to be seen but they have an empty hand sanitizer sitting in the lobby. Staff just sitting in the back and seemed bothered when she had to come out with her painted on eyebrows. Asked me why I was there, obviously to be seen? Then gave a list of solutions I wouldn’t need when I asked what they could do for my cough and wheezing. Yikes if the DR or PA is as under qualified as the staff they hired, I’ll take my business elsewhere. Thanks, no thanks. With a rating this high they should be checked if paying for reviews.

Angelina is amazing. You can tell she loves what she does. She is so caring and will listen closely to everything you say. My last visit I hurt my knee really bad. She did everything she needed to diagnose what happened. She suggested a shot and I am like most people, very afraid of shots. How ever. In all my years Angelia was the only dr. To make me feel relaxed and not bothered by the shot. My husband likes her more than my primary dr. In fact I believe he asked if she could be my primary. Trust me if you need urgent care, and want someone who is compassionate,professional, and listens see Angelina. Thank me later :) I’d also like to add that the staff is always very friendly and cheerful and the place is clean.
