Coastal Kids - Upland

I love this place. My daughter has been coming here for 2 years and Dr.Maxwell is absolutely wonderful ❤️ So attentive so informative and super professional. Makes you feel heard and understood as a parent and always addresses any of my concerns. Its hard to find a pediatric office that cares and this office truly does. From the front desk to the back staff to the providers everyone is great

5stars. As a new patient, my daughter and I, the experience was great! Easy and quick check in, waiting room was good they had coloring paper/crayons, cartoons as we waited to be called in. Our nurse & doctor were amazing. I also really like how I am able to view the summary of the visit through the app. Everything about Coastal Kids is great so far.

Dr. Patel has always been so amazing! I only trust her with all my kids medical needs, especially with my daughter having a rare lung condition. I don’t trust anyone else to see her. I also needed paperwork filled out for work. Dr. Patel has that ready within the week, I have the same papers to the doctors over at choc since Oct 3rd, I kept calling and emailing and calling and it was the same run around and to this day they have still not filled out the paperwork I need for work. We have been coming with Dr.Patel for the past 10 years ♥️

It was our first office visit with our newborn. Corinne, PA was absolutely amazing and very professional. She answered all of our concerns genuinely.The front desk associate was pleasant. We might even consider switching our current toddler to this location!

Very long wait time. Appointment was at 11:30am and we did not see the doctor until 1pm. I saw multiple people arrive after me and leave before me. We only saw the doctor for about 10 mins. She then stated she would send prescription in about an hour and it is now almost 7pm and still no prescription sent. My original pharmacy closed at 5:30 and I called doctors office about 3-5 times before 5 so that they can send it on time but the doctor is too busy to send the prescription. Mind you, the only reason I went to this location was because they had a same day appointment and my daughters cough was bad so needed cough medicine as soon as possible.
