Daughter did not get proper diagnosis. Ended up in Urgent care and diagnosed with Pneumonia. Very disappointing. Daughter had not been in the office for a while so o was told she doesn’t have priority of appointments for this reason. Basically penalized for been healthy. Front desk staff and nurse were polite. Facilities were clean and nice.

Doctors, nurses and staffs are very friendly and my kid and I like this place. It’s right off of 5 freeway and easy to get to, and they have lots of parkings as well. I never had bad experience of making appointments.

Absolutely love Doctor Phillips, He has been my girls Doctor for 13 years! He is amazing, the staff is always very kind and welcoming. Highly recommend. But Doctor Phillips is no longer at Costal kids he now at Ocean Pediatrics so we followed him.

I was really happy with our first visit to this office, it's a nice clean office, the staff are very friendly, and the Dr was amazing.

I went to an appointment to see a doctor suspecting an ear infection. My so. Was coughing and he did have a low oxygen level when they tested him, but the doctor never even checked his ear. The doctor I had not seen in past scared me and forced me and my young son to go to the ER. She threatened me by saying she would call an ambulance to take us straight to the ER when I said I wanted to go home first and pick up my baby who was at daycare first. My son and I went to the ER because the doctor made me sign a paper saying I would, 6 hours of waiting, being exposed to every type of infection imaginable, they checked my son, gave him a breathing treatment, X-ray, and no signs of pneumonia. Guess what? He had an ear infection. I couldn’t even get antibiotics until the next morning due to being
