Dr Shoop is a very profesional and meticulous cardiologist who I couldn’t be happier with. I feel very confident in her and her team and am blessed to have met her.

Front end staff is a mess. Scheduling and communication is horrible, which honestly makes everything a headache. The providers are good, but the amount of time that we wasted waiting around for appointments was an increase to our already heavy caregiver burden. Recommend going elsewhere if you don’t have the time, energy, and patience to make hedge way with the staff.

They don’t believe in answering their phones. Texting is useless, despite them confirming that it can all be done via text. You will be ignored Heart health is very serious, and if they can’t even make time to answer the phones, or even a text, I would not recommend putting your life in these peoples hands. They simply do not care Edit: against my better judgment I went ahead with an appointment here. I was very pleasantly surprised at how much different and MASSIVELY IMPROVED the in person experience was in comparison to how i was received not only through text, but on the phone as well (they hung up on me FIVE TIMES instead of putting me on hold before I could even get a word in to say why I was calling or to confirm my appointment) Unfortunately I do not remember the name of the docto

Coastal Heart Medical is great. They take awesome care of you. Easy for appointment managing. Unlike other places you don't take long to go in. All my test were kindly taken and made me feel at ease. Dr. Stacey Shoop is a phenomenal Dr.!!! She changed my life instantly and gave me a better way to live healthier. I honestly couldn't be more thankful with her, hope there was more Dr.'s like her. Overall the BEST place you can go to.
