My review is for my horrible experience with the office. Dr. Grimes is a good doctor. My dad was a patient of his. And I was going to be until I was scheduled at 12:30, I guess which is their lunchtime. I stood there for eight minutes while she talked on the phone. No greeting, no gesture no eye contact nothing. I open the door for a lady to walk in who was limping in. She then goes right to the window. She had just hung up the phone and gets to talk to her immediately when finished talking to her, she shut the window and says it’s lunch break very rude reiterates that it’s their lunch break and that I need to sign in then when I ask about the sign in sheet she got another attitude with me. Got shots in my neck. They are great people there. They explained everything that is going on. Thank you for being so caring on your patients. It makes it better on your caring and explaining everything as you go.

I’m writing this for a family member who’s too scared to say anything, and her lawyer is pushing her to stay there. The doctors do not want to do adjustments, always pushes massages. Denise is rude and has no customer relation skills, and has put hands on her to push her past the pain threshold and stated “No pain, no gain”. Go somewhere else

I spend less time in their waiting room than any waiting room I have ever been in. Not only is their service quick, these are the most pleasant staff members I have ever encountered.
