My wife is the patient. But while accompanying her at the appointment, we were both impressed with the total appearance of this establishment as well as the staff and provider. Very pleased with Shannon. And on the way out there was a very pleasant exchange with Jacaria at check out.

Fantastic provider! I haven't had a doctor at coastal that I didn't just absolutely adore. And Dr. Netzel is no different his genuine caring attitude and concerned about my care has made me feel so comfortable! Paul is awesome. He doesn't say a lot but he is an awesome provider! The ladies that check in and check out have done everything to ensure my appointments were scheduled and on time and just genuinely nice young ladies.

Dr.Todd is an amazing doctor who has helped me throughout my journey. He always show compassion and understanding to what you’re going through. He’s concerned about your wellbeing and support your accomplishments. I also have to let everyone know how Ms.Ebony goes out of her way to help others. I had a situation and she did not give up until everything was resolved. I’m truly grateful for Coastal and everyone who works at Point Meadows!!

I absolutely love Todd Wurtz the PA at this location. He previously treated me for a cervical fusion about 13 years ago and now is helping me with injuries from an auto accident and a recent fall. He is very knowledgeable and has a fantastic bed side manner. Todd is concerned with not only your injuries and pain but your mental well being from the pain I deal with on a day-to-day basis. He and Dr. Miles really do care about the patient and this office is much better than most pain specialist in the area. I travel 3 hours from Daytona area just to go to this office. The ladies up front Teresa and Maria are also phenomenal as well making this a great choice for me. Thank you all for being so amazing and really showing you care 💜

My referral to Coastal Health by Dr. Muenz to Dr. Netzel changed my life and truly made it livable again ! The care and customer service from the team is beyond reproach ! Shout out to Michelle and Paul and all the other staff, The Baymeadows office is the most efficient, empathetic and friendly practice I have been to in a while, comparable to the Coastal Health Primary Care office on Beach Blvd. Kudos to all, keep up the great work and thank you for what you do !
