⸻ I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Lindsey and Dr. Centilli—honestly, 100 stars wouldn’t even be enough. I live with PTSD and another condition that can sometimes make it extremely difficult for me to seek out medical care or follow through with recommendations from medical professionals. Before coming to Coastal Carolina, I had seen a few dermatologists, and unfortunately those experiences left me feeling somewhat dismissed and misunderstood, especially when I was hesitant about a recommended procedure. From the moment Lindsey walked into the room, everything felt different. I immediately felt comfortable. Don’t let her youth fool you—she is incredibly knowledgeable and, more importantly, she showed such genuine compassion and understanding toward me and my situation. S

Always a great experience. Appointment is always on time. My actual appointment is always done in a timely matter. Everyone is very friendly and very knowledgeable. I haven’t asked a question that they cannot answer. Dr Centilli is very professional and always concerning! Highly recommended for all dermatology issues.

We are so thankful for Lindsey at Coastal Dermatology. My daughter completed 7 months of Accutane under Lindsey’s care and had such a positive experience. I’ve also had moles removed for biopsy, and Lindsey was thorough and reassuring throughout the process. The nurses and staff are wonderful as well. We highly recommend this practice!

Dr. Michael Centilli and his ENTIRE STAFF, from check in to checkout are ABSOLUTELY GREAT! My husband & I both have been going for over for a year. Matt does a thorough check and has taken care of small places of keratosis and a couple of squamous cells detector. Dr. Centilli & his surgical staff (love all the girls) have quickly attended to excisions and I am so pleased! The attached 2 photos are from my first surgery. It is all clear now & you can't even see the scar! My most recent surgery will have stitches take out in two weeks. I am so pleased! Having retired to this area, I am glad to know that I am well taken care of. Thank you all Coastal Dermatology!
