I highly recommend Dr. Aycock! He took excellent care of my husband, who required two extractions. He took the time to explain everything and answer all of our questions, and the procedure went very smoothly. He even called personally the next day to check on him. Very impressive! And all of office staff was very professional, friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. This experience exceeded all of our expectations. We couldn’t be more satisfied! Thank you so much!

Dr Cofer is the most wonderful dental surgeon. Every visit he took time to explain surgical procedure, what to expect and he listened to any concerns. He was gentle, caring and very compassionate. His beautiful smile and pleasant nature put me at ease. He also called me at home to see how I was doing. His nurses and assistants are absolutely wonderful! Caring, also compassionate, understanding , held my hand when they saw I was a bit nervous. Highly recommend!

They worked very hard to find an opening for me to come in to be evaluated as I was in pain from a broken tooth that my regular dentist had sent me there to be removed. Dr.Adams was awesome. Dr. Adams is very kind ,gentle and knowledgeable. His nurse explained everything to me and answered all my questions. She was extremely helpful and kind. Front desk was great. Lauren worked so hard to find me an appointment. I am now scheduled for the extraction. Will post later how that goes. Trust this place, in my opinion they are amazing, knowledgeable ,and really care about you. Had the procedure. Dr. Adams and his nurse were so gentle and kind. Awesome place to go for dental help.

Dr. Aycock and the entire staff were extremely kind and courteous. Everyone made us feel comfortable and all of our concerns and questions were answered. Dr. Aycock explained everything thoroughly and made sure that the next steps that needed to be taken with my husband’s treatment were put in motion. We are so grateful for that. My husband’s anxiety towards dental procedures was addressed and everything went well. This office runs like a well-oiled machine. It’s such a nice comfortable office to be in. You will not be disappointed!

I started this journey in August of 24. I'm having several implants done along with extractions. Dr. Adams is my oral surgeon and he is wonderful - very patient, professional and caring. His dental assistances' Kati, Carrie and Jess are amazing! The office staff always has a warm welcome. You won't be disappointed with Myrtle Beach office.
