I had a really great experience today in Dr. Putnam’s Office. They are incredibly kind and patient from the moment that I walked in the door. i had virtually no wait time and they were very thorough in their questions and treatment was quick and without issue. Ashley went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. There was a cancellation after me and she was able to work me in to get a second root canal. I also love their transparent pricing. there was no questions or surprises when it came to paying.

The office is welcoming and clean and bright. The staff are great. I was kept well informed. I LOVE Dr. Putnam. He put me at ease from the moment he stepped into the examination room. He explained the x-rays and gave me info to make an informed decision. He had my best interests at heart; health-wise and financially. I highly recommend the office.

Dr. Putnam and staff got me in early via a cancellation. He had mentioned 6 months previously that I needed another. Wasn't having any problem at the time so I opted till later. Sure enough he was right and very thankful he took care of me. Staff and assistants were top notch.

This review is about the consultation to determine what needs to be done to remove my pain. If the consult is an indicator of what is to come, then I feel comfortable I am in the right hands. From the front desk to the info taking to the technician to the Dr consult, it was a totally professionally. But it was also personal. I laughed and chatted with the ladies up front. The tech was informative and made me relaxed. Then when the Doctor came in, I knew I was in the place I was meant to be. Dr Putnam had a smiling reassuring presence. Consultation visit was great. Friendly front office staff. Assistant was kind and gentle. Dr Putnam was very personable and did a great job of explaining the condition of my tooth and my options for treatment. I work in the dental field and have recommended Dr. Putnam for years because of his reputation. Happy to have experienced this office firsthand.
