Coastal Blue Myofascial Release LLC

I had a wonderful experience with Amy at Coastal Blue Myofascial Release. She is professional, attentive, and very skilled at what she does. The session was calming and I felt comfortable the entire time. The space was clean and relaxing, and I left feeling noticeably better. Highly recommend and I will definitely be back!

I was 8 months pregnant, also having had a previous injury to my leg, and having severe pelvic pain, as well as my baby wanting to lay in a wonky position. After some research suggested MFR, I found Coastal Blue and I’m so glad I did! Shortly after my first session with Amy, I found out baby had turned head down and I had so much relief in my pelvis. Had a second session and even more relief. Between those sessions, my own stretching and a prenatal massage I am feeling a million times better going into my last couple weeks of pregnancy. I hope to be back and would suggest this to anyone dealing with chronic pain, sore or tight muscles. 🙏

MFR is amazing! I had a lot of problems with my shoulder and after only one treatment I have greater range of motion and much less pain! I wish I had tried it sooner! Amy is very gentle and explained every step of the treatment! Highly recommend!!

Amy was amazing! Her communication and method made for a fabulous experience. I left feeling more relaxed and peaceful both in my body and mind. I highly recommend this if you are looking for a gentle practice to help move you through tension and/or chronic pain being felt physically, mentally, and emotionally.

I was having significant pain in my shoulder for quite some time. Nothing was helping, not the chiropractor,massage,ice ect. After one session with Amy I would say my pain is about 90 percent gone. I will be booking another appointment soon!
