CNY Cardiology

I wouldn’t recommend this group to anyone. I recently had an appointment that the office had changed from my original one. I went, thinking I’d still be able to get to another appointment @ 1. I sat in an exam room for an hour waiting on the doctor. I told the receptionist, after waiting 45 minutes, that I had another appointment @ 1pm. She said the doctor would be right with me. By 12:30 & after him not seeing me, I again told her that I had to leave for my other appointment. I added that I’ll have to reschedule. She said she’d let him know. The following Saturday I get a certified letter saying they dropped me as a patient. So, if you’re unable to give your full day to sit & wait on when the doctor shows up, you’ll be made to believe that it’s your fault. Candice M.

Horrible! They have continuously treated my mother like dirt. The people who schedule appointments don't confirm the appointment, then when she calls, they are RUDE! She was scheduled for a heart catheterization, we took time off from work to bring her, then they made us wait at the Wynn, then said her appointment was cancelled, so we left. She called the office and they said her appointment was at 10 am and it wasn't cancelled. Not really sure who runs all of this, but they apparently don't know what they are doing or how to run an office! No compassion whatsoever for patients or their families. Seriously???? Get it together, people's lives are on the line!

Pushed all kinds of costly test, said no went to another practice had an exam and one ☝️ test got the all clear, Saw them in Oneida the DR is far from in shape called me fat, didn’t want to listen to all of my complaint, was told this is what I’m going to do , scheduled the test even though I told him no! Horrible horrible experience, would rather suffer than him help me , that sort of vibe ,

Dr Colin Wright is very kind, professional and caring. Always listens and respond to questions. Did cardiac artery stents. Office responds well for prescription refills. Office staff is pleasant and professional. Ultrasound technician is professional and courteous. We are very happy with this practice.

Overall the care is acceptable, no real complaints, but also no real requests or needs; so, not sure how they'd do if there was. Doctor was nice other than the fact he had some real antiquated views on marijuana, kind of like a reefer madness movie. Have had issues once with staff and security attitude and rudeness at the entrance, but I try not to hold that against the people who actually had real jobs to do and did them.
