CNA Training Institute

I just finished my training course here at The CNA Training Institute and I have to say, from the beginning, working with Kevin, he made the process so easy and effortless. If there were questions I needed answered throughout, he always answered or returned my call in an expedient manner. Both instructors, hybrid (Ms Ann) and in-skills (Ms. Helen) are great. They both were clear and precise, hands-on and knowledgeable regarding in-skills training, medical terminology, and what to expect during the state exam. During clinical, Ms Helen was our dependable anchor and was readily available to answer any questions we had during the day. I could not have asked for a better in-skills instructor. If you are looking to join this school, don’t hesitate, take the plunge…you won’t regret it.

The CNA training institute at 140 eldrige Dr is the most equipped, and professional academy with rich experience and knowledge. I attended the BSL CPR course for four hour and passed the AHA certification exam with Excellence. I was impressed with the attitude, knowledge, skills and professionalism of the Incharge and instructor. I enjoyed the practice and practical demonstration on CPR and BSL. Great program , Ms. Helen specifically was very helpful. Only thing is I wish the Skills lab were a bit longer , however the clinicals made up for the hands on experience and exceeded expectations. Great for if you want real world experience in this field

CNA Training Institute is one of the best places to learn the right way to care for patients and residents, if not THE best. The instructors are amazing. Mrs. Sanders and Mrs. Wright did an exceptional job in thoroughly explaining how to be an extraordinary CNA. Both of their methods made me feel as if I was preparing to work at the most prestigious medical facility. I definitely recommend CNA Training Institute to anyone who is truly passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives by acquiring the knowledge and skills this school teaches. It was fast paced , which I loved. The instructors were great. However there was a African woman with a blonde buzzcut at the clinicals. I believe her name is Oman SHE WAS SO RUDE !! SHE WAS SNAPPING HER FINGERS AT ME AND KEPT SAYING "HELLO HELLOOO" as if I was a dog ?? I stood up for myself and told her not to snap her fingers at me and she lied to my instructor telling her that I was being disrespectful . This caused my instructor to grow suspicious of me and my instructor began nagging me because of her lying. I was a student that paid lots of money for this program and was left by myself with 12-13 residents at a time bc they are short staffed. Also they force you to write a good review before you leave ? WHICH IS SO ODD bc the reason I came was bc of the good reviews ??
