If you are a military family, I advise you not to go to this dentist. I was charged $40 because I had to cancel my appointment first thing in the morning for a late afternoon cleaning. I would have canceled the night before had my child thrown up before their office closed. My husband was overseas, children vomiting and no child care. They will be rude and mess up your appointment scheduling, but when you have to reschedule once for reasons out of your control they are quick to charge you.

Everyone in this office is SO nice! I have extreme dental anxiety and everyone is very reassuring and comforting, walking you through every step and making sure you know what to expect. I had something unexpected come up and the dentist took her time with answering my many questions, even answering the phone when I called with concerns. Highly recommend!

The dental hygentists in this office are great, but the dentist does a poor job. Had a filling a week ago and have experienced pain ever since. The dentist rushed through the process and was very rough. She also only polished the filling after I explained how rough it felt. Waiting to see new dentist to get it fixed.

After such an awful experience at Watertown dental health , I was recommended this office and gosh I’m so glad I was!! Everyone from the staff up front to the assistants, and the dentists were kind and took their time. My options were explained to me and I am so grateful for a great experience. I would DEF recommend this office to others!!!

INVISALIGN REVIEW ONLY If you care about the aesthetics of your teeth and your wallet at all, I would urge you to go anywhere but here. I know Watertown is a small town, and options are limited, but do yourself a favor and go to the Invisalign website and search for at least a Platinum provider. Dr. Clough-Perin is a dentist, not an orthodontist, and she might have done ‘some training’ from Invisalign; but she doesn’t understand anything about the movement of teeth yet cares for their looks.
