Please read my post in totally before you decide whether to use, Dr. Washington. One final straw that broke my trust in Dr. Washington. She got pregnant with her Third Child and she kept it a secret and her staff wasn’t allowed to even speak about it! I found, Dr. Washington on, Zodoc. Unfortunately, I don’t do my due diligence on this, Dr. Washington 😭😭😭!! I paid A LOT OF MONEY FOR METAL BRACES, because I’d had them before. I actually heard, Dr. Washington and a staff member complaining about a teenager male’s bracket breaking off and his mother just couldn’t have been that ignorant and noticing it! (DOES HEPPA LAWS APPLY TO HER AND HER STAFF??) I was planning on a trip to visit with my daughter and her husband. I was in so much pain. I was told that I would not be able to go an appointm

Dr. Washington is awesome, every visit her staff are always welcoming and she has, hands down the BEST hygienists! For someone that gets anxiety related to dental proceedings I always feel safe and secure at her practice.

I booked my appointment over the phone, so I assumed it would be kept. I even called the day before to check if they had any earlier openings. I found out my appointment had been canceled because I didn’t confirm the appointment, even though I didn’t see any policy about that listed on their website. I usually don’t answer calls from numbers I don’t know, and a lot of messages go to spam, so I didn’t realize they were trying to confirm. As someone who also works by appointment, I was surprised they cancel, I understand it’s business. Just a heads-up to anyone booking here: make sure you confirm your appointment! I've been going to Dr. Washington for about 4 years. She is always so professional, and I feel like family every time I'm in her office. She always make sure she explain everything thoroughly, and she is always available if you need to speak with her, about anything. Best dentist ever!!

Consistency in professionalism, efficiency in the work done, and knowledgeable. The dentist is great, there is no other words. I highly recommend this dental office. Everyone is amazing.
