First time coming here for my youngest daughter, nurse RUTH was so very kind and hands on with my baby girl. Very patient and friendly , talking to my baby throughout the whole time and very gentle and kind through the whole visit. She really made me want to come back here in the future because of her kindness. Also Dr. Smith was very patient and soft spoken. Thank you guys and especially to nurse Ruth !!

This place is terrible! I made an appointment for a toothache. They had me there with extremely severe pain I told them that, they took X-rays just 2, to tell me that I need to go to a specialist. They refused to pull it out because they were afraid it might break. I was like are you serious? Let it break, is hurting me a lot don’t you care? The provider, dentist name was Shehata DDS, Marina she didn’t help me. Than they prescribed Tylenol and Ibuprofen 400mg is she alright? I even asked the pharmacist if they were ok? I told them I’m good, that’s just not going to do anything for me. I called a manager since Friday, no call back till today. The call was just to tell me that I need to go to a Specialist and manager said she’s going to talk to a different provider see if she can

This place is frustrating to deal with. I had an appointment today and i’ve been trying to contact them this whole week to reschedule. Every time i called they didn’t answer. The Bot says “we are currently closed” even though it says they’re open. I called at different times on different days and it’s the same story. It’s so frustrating! If you miss their call they leave a voice mail asking you to call back. When you try to it says they’re closed even if they just called you 5 min ago. 🫠

The building was pretty clean but there was no parking. I’m giving two stars because the pediatrician was very helpful. The nurse they had us with must have been training still. When it was time to check the weight and length of my baby I asked if I needed to fully undress her because that’s what they always made me do, and she said no and when we got to the scale she couldn’t even tell us correct weight, she was saying the ounces was the pounds and had to ask for assistance, when the more experienced nurse came she corrected her and told her that our baby needed to be fully undressed like I asked. This nurse was the nurse who gave our baby her vaccines. I should have said something sooner because she didn’t even know how to open the packaging for the oral vaccine, and when she gave the sh

I had a very pleasant experience at the clinic. The nurse that had taken my blood pressure and other vitals was really patient and I felt like I could speak to her rather easily. I also had my blood drawn by her, and she hit it right the first time. The doctor that checked in with me was also a very comfortable and friendly woman who knew her stuff.
