I don't find the point of this clinic if they will do referrals and send you to other locations that are even worse. When I advocated for my child's urgent needs, I was told in case of an emergency just go to the hospital. Might as well have my child be seen in a hospital where all referrals are within the network. I did most of the major work in getting my child services. PCP never picked up on my child's issues or signed off an important document that was needed. Also, they need to have better trained staff.

Thank you Dr Valencia . For giving me your opinion and explaining how certain medications can affect my child . Thank you for advising me to stop the medications that they were giving my child . I followed your advised and you were right after taking her to the ER she had serotonin síndrome . You saved my daughter from all that suffering .

The doctor here is very attentive to your needs. Cares about your questions and gives details. He’s great honestly and makes sures you feel comfortable👍🏻

The new location is very comfortable and the doctors are very personable. They take their time to explain things to you and you feel listened to.

Never answer the phone says open but it’s not and it’s always an obstacle. The doctor and nurses are very good doctor but all these other obstacles are un-called for.
