Disappointed with how the office staff is handling my wife's post op appointments after her insurance transitioned over the new year. The insurance provider guarantees payment but Clinicas won't lift a phone to call and confirm. They have signs posted inside saying service won't be denied due to inability to pay but tells us we'll have to pay out of pocket since they won't do a thing to confirm our insurance will pay them. My wife is seeing a great doctor here, but it's disappointing she's being gatekept by office staff who are uncompassionate and unwilling to help.

First time patient without insurance. Staff is super professional and very nice too. Went by late in day to where I wouldn't be able to be seen due to filling out paperwork a first timer has to. Staff let me take home papers to complete so I could get in easily the next day with appointment that they set up for me. Wait wasn't long at all and the wait area is comfortable and clean. Doctor I saw was awesome. Took plenty of time checking me and finding out all that was ailing me. Discounted fees were amazing and saved me a good deal. Going back for a recheck on blood pressure which will be at not charge. Definitely going back next time I get sick. Thanks for making a first timer feel welcomed and cared for.

The overall experience was perfect. From the very beginning the service was outstanding. Booking a new patient appointment was very easy. They had an appointment available the same day. After meeting the doctor, being a new patient she ordered labs and other test to be done. The referral and labs department were extremely nice and helpful. They also had appointments readily available. Lastly, the doctor was very kind and welcoming. She addressed every question I had. Overall, I was very happy with all the services I received.

Everyone is pleasant and experienced with what they do. They take walkins with concerns and emergency issues. My dentist is amazing. She gives a thorough explanation about the treatment. The assistants are courteous,knowledgeable and know what they are doing. I recommend them to everyone. Thank you for all you do.

My name is Antonia Lucas, I’m a patient of Clinicas Del Camino Real. I’m very thankful to the doctors and staff. The have always been very efficient and caring. The staff even text me by phone to remind me of my doctors appointments. I get my medicine deliver to an office near my house and that is very convenient for me. I’m grateful that I can count on them for my doctors appointments. I’m a diabetic and I get the care that I need they have an extended medical professionals to help me and with their assistance I have been able to maintain my A1C lower. I’m so thankful and happy that I belong to Clinicas del Camino Real. I highly recommend Clinicas to my family and friends.
