Clinical Pathology Laboratories (CPL) - Cypress

Everytime I come in and see Dominique working, I know I will be well taken care of. I stop drinking water 2 hours before my blood draw. makes her job a little easier. I think that might be part of the reason people complain about their veins being missed. I don't think I have ever had to be poked more than the 1 time to have my blood tested here. I've come many times. I recommend. You prepare for your test correctly, fasting, stop drinking water 2 hours before you want to get tested; things will go wonderfully. Always quick too! inside and back in the car in 27 minutes!

The line for check-in was super quick. The lady in front at the desk was quick and polite; she also drew my blood, and I didn't feel a thing. She was so good that I didn't have to take any paperwork; Dr. Srand took care of everything for me. It was so easy.

I have come a couple of times before. Their checking process is very Tedious and long. Not on the Ipad, but with the front desk person. Their business model is very much primitive like LABCORP labs. No Labs Orders from a doctor, and you can't do anything. You can't add any more test either to the Laborder, that's why I prefer Anylab, don't need Doctors Orders to get any blood test done, I'm the owner of my blood and the owner of my health, I'm also the one paying the Lab no the doctor, why in the world they want to make it seem like the doctor is the one who holds my life accountable!! Ludicrous.

Amazing visit here for my wife and I. We both needed blood labs and Dominique assisted us at the window and drew our blood as well. She was bar none, the very best Phlebotomist we ever met. It was almost painless. We will definitely recommend this clinic and Dominique to our family, friends and church parish. So refreshing to be served by such an amazing healthcare professional!!! Way to go CPL!

I showed up at 8 am to have lab work done and literally waited till 9:35 for someone to show up before finally leaving. This was my 2nd visit. The first time they were 15 min late showing up. I thought it was a fluke. An hour and a half is insane. Not sure if or when anyone finally showed up.
