Clinical Compound Pharmacy

This is a wonderful compounding pharmacy with a very caring and accommodating staff. I recently had a prescription that couldn’t be filled at my usual pharmacy and that required coordination and follow up with several places to fill. I’m very appreciative of their exceptional service. They went the extra mile to get what was needed, and were very thorough in explaining every step of the process. It was my first experience with them when I went in with the request, but it will certainly not be my last.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this pharmacy. They are consistently late in filling prescriptions, even for medications that are time-sensitive. I’ve had to follow up multiple times, only to receive vague or incorrect updates about the status of my orders. On more than one occasion, I’ve been told that my prescription will be delivered on a specific day, only find out it’s not. Even though I request refills in a timely manner, they always arrived late, well after the date I was quoted. This lack of communication and organization is incredibly frustrating, especially when dealing with health-related needs. Clinical Compound is the best pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They exceed expectation in price, speed of getting scripts filled, customer service and appearance. Their front desk staff are a delight. They’re professional yet friendly, very personable and always helpful. Their price for my complex compound medicine is so good that I travel over 40 mins to have it filled here. They allow me to text a photo of my paper prescription which is really convenient since I’m so far away and would have to wait to have it filled (Of course, I have to give it to them when I arrive and before they’ll release the medicine).

What a great Pharmacy. Service is top notch! Ever since I started using Clinical Compound to fill my prescriptions I get everything in a quick timely manner. As soon as you walk in you're greeted by a very friendly staff that always has a smile on their face. I would 10/10 recommend anyone in the area to switch to Clinical and support this amazing business.

Double the price of my normal compound pharmacy,but they had my stuff in stock
