Clinical Care Medical Centers of North Miami West

Ever since this clinic has changed to conviva it’s become a disaster. I am heated and furious, patient care is down the drain you can’t get a referral to save your life. I wish I could give this clinic a -1. I plan on taking my parents out this clinic in to different one that actually cares.

The 5 star reviews must be from the Spanish community. Excellent service if you are a patient of a Spanish decent. Anyone else good service when there is no Spanish people around. Because the Spanish people are taken first and everyone else has to wait until there are no other Spanish people waiting (even if they show up after you). My mom waited from 1:30p until 5:30p before she was called to see her primary doctor (the clinic closes at 5, yes 5p). We were still there waiting. After the doctor 's visit was completed, it was 6:55p. My family was livid.

Mayomi is one of those nurses whom is very professional, passionate, loving, caring, and goes well beyond the oath that all nurses take! She is the perfect model of what all nurses should strive to be when it comes to patient care and she reflects well what Clinical Care Centers Of North Miami stands for! :-)

This clinic has changed over the the past few years. Their quality of care for their patients has plummeted drastically. Please do yourself, loved ones a favor and seek elsewhere. I wish I could give 0 stars.
