I have read comment replies that say that Dr Cobble is not associated with Dr Diaz (which he is, because they both did my examination). There is a picture of Dr. Díaz’s front door, where it clearly shows Dr Cobble’s name. An overview of this place: - They require masks but they don’t provide them, so you should be prepared. - They will give you the wrong results for your examinations, and require for you to go somewhere else to get extra things done THAT THEY DONT PROVIDE ORDERS FOR. - They say they call you. But, as you can probably guess, no. They don’t. You have to be behind them through the entire process. Doctor Diaz has very little manners and acts as though he is above everyone he talks to. Also piece of advice, “If” you are able to get an appointment, make sure you are here no more than 5 minutes early or he becomes upset. On the other hand if you come in 5 minutes late you miss your appointment completely.

Though the people in this Clinic know their trade, their customer service is very lacking. they tend to mistreat patients and have very little personal considerations. I they can put their act together and understand that client satisfaction is the basis of good business i will continue to refer customer there. In the mean time I will refrain from doing so until i see a tangible change in their personal relations with their customers.

Had a appointment for my grandmother for her immigration exam. Stay away staff is rude. Also got turned away for getting to the office 30 mins early. You would think you want to be there early not late. Definitely never comming back again!

My husband came to this clinic for his immigration exams. Staff was arrogant and lacked good customer service. They act like if they were doing the patient a favor. Try and find another clinic if you can. Avoid them if you don’t want to have a bitter experience.
