I recently had my blood drawn because I wanted to get a better understanding of my overall health, and the experience was excellent. The staff was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The process was quick and efficient, and they explained everything clearly so I knew what to expect. I truly appreciate how smooth and stress-free they made the appointment. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs lab work done and wants a positive experience.

Respectfully, the issue is not USCIS processing times. The issue is that the doctor who performed my exam was later removed from the USCIS civil surgeon list due to improper practices, which rendered my paid exam invalid. Had the exam been performed by an authorized and compliant provider, the timing would not have mattered. In the worst-case scenario, a refund should have been issued for a service that ultimately could not be used. What is most disappointing is that after multiple attempts to contact the clinic for clarification or a refund, I received no response. Your reply here still does not address accountability or reimbursement for a service I paid for but did not receive. My dad’s and I money has been wasted coming here!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I had my immigration physical exam done at this clinic and paid in full. Months later, during my immigration interview, the officer informed me that this doctor had been removed from the USCIS civil surgeon list due to improper practices. As a result, my exam was no longer valid. I have repeatedly contacted this clinic for clarification and a refund, and they have completely ignored me. No calls back, no explanation, no accountability. This situation caused unnecessary stress, delays, and financial loss during an already stressful immigration process. I STRONGLY recommend that anyone needing IMMIGRATION-RELATED medical exams avoid this clinic.

Stay away! These people are truly crooks and dishonest. We used their service for our I-485 in February 2025 because they were on the USCIS Civil Surgeon list. They offered us cash payment at a lower price than with a card. We trusted them because USCIS approved them. This month, during our interview with the USCIS officer, we were unpleasantly surprised to learn that our application had been suspended because our medical report was invalid. This clinic does not comply with the rules and is no longer approved by USCIS due to fraud. We never met the clinic doctor, even though he certified on the Form I-693 that he examined us. Terrible customer service.We feel discriminated against based of our race, because we are not Hispanic!!!Rude reception girl told us it’s Hispanic clinic, but she forgot probably it’s located in United States!!! We wanted to speak to manager, she stated “manager is busy”, asked to talk to doctor same answer. Even when insurance talk to her and said we gave confirmation number and you should take them based on it, she said our clinic doesn’t except confirmation number, we should see everything on our screen!!! Also she refused to provide us with her name (but I am talking about girl with lash extensions) because she knew, she was wrong. Not professional at all.
