In a nutshell: effective and mostly clear communication (more detail at the end of this review), efficient care (even with an x-ray I was only there for 15-30 minutes), kindness when I asked questions, and kindness or neutral interactions with every staff member from the moment I walked in the door The staff and experience at Clineva were very good overall, minus some miscommunication about obtaining a copy of the results. I used to work in an emergency department and at the time, the only quality experiences I had with healthcare were at work and not as a patient. This was the first experience I have had in years where I was treated with kindness from the moment I walked in the door & where the information provided was transparent and honest to the best of the team’s ability. The urgent care was a great experience overall. We came in last minute when my son needed care, and the wait time was only about 20 minutes. The staff was upfront and let us know there were two patients ahead of us, which I really appreciated. The receptionist Linda and doctor Lacy were both very kind, professional, and attentive. The doctor helped my son feel comfortable, which made a big difference during a stressful moment. The facility itself is newer, very clean, and well maintained. We’ll definitely keep this place in mind for any future visits. Linda was extremely helpful on my follow up calls. Thank you!

I needed to see a provider for an x-ray as I took a tumble. This urgent care is a god send. Brand new, super clean, with really kind and helpful staff. I would recommend this urgent care as I had a great and easy experience.

All staff and doctors are so kind. Also very clean facility. Took x-ray and we could get report from radiologist quickly . Open everyday 8am-8pm Very helpful
