I visited the hospital yesterday morning experiencing severe pain from kidney stones. From the moment I arrived, the nursing staff and radiology team treated me with exceptional kindness, care, and professionalism. I would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Paige Yeomans for her outstanding care, professionalism, and thorough follow-up. Upon discharge, all of my prescribed medications were ready without delay, along with clear and comprehensive instructions for follow-up care. The next morning, I received a courtesy call to check on my well-being, which I greatly appreciated. My husband recently spent time in their Swing Bed Program for rehab and therapy, and the care he received was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment he arrived, he was treated with compassion, respect, and professionalism. The entire staff—from nurses to support personnel—went above and beyond to ensure he was comfortable and well cared for each day. The therapy team is absolutely outstanding. Every session was focused, motivating, and tailored to his needs. They helped him regain strength and confidence, and he always felt like he was in the best hands. This is a rural hospital that has a committed team of people that strive every day to provide excellent care to the community. I used their ER for a hand laceration and was in and out with stitches in under an hour. I have used this facility for my mammograms, labs and other radiology procedures and have been treated so nicely and have had prompt service. The retail pharmacy is excellent! I receive a text message when my meds are ready for pickup and the staff in there are so sweet. The gift shop has trendy items for great prices. My daugher received infusions for treatment for COVID and one of my sons was treated in the ER when he dislocated his knee. I trust Clinch completely for so many of my family's needs!

It is great to have such an amazing local hospital! I did physical therapy here for a few months after my knee surgery, and I was in excellent care! Because of the fabulous help I received while in recovery, I have not had anymore issues with my knee. They have also taken great care of my grandparents, and I could not be more thankful for Clinch Memorial!

I had my yearly mamma gram here at Clinch Hospital and Sheila and her crew did an awesome job. Very professional. I also receive my meds from the Pharmacy. I love that I get a text when my scripts are ready for pickup. I also enjoy browsing in the gift shop when picking up my scripts. Clinch Memorial Hospital offers great service!
