This man is evil. This was a horrible, terrible, awful, unbelievably bad experience and if I could rate it zero stars I eagerly would. I should have known this place was bad when I saw the sign warning patiences not to fight with the staff. That should have been my first sign to run. Me waiting long after our agreed appointment time was nothing in comparison to the horrors that awaited me when they called me back into the office. First off, the restroom, which I HAD to use because I had just waited 2 hours in the tiny little cubicle they call a waiting room, was VILE. I went in for a simple referral. Unsure if I still have my appointment today or not. I originally had an appt for today at 10:30 for 3 wisdom teeth to be removed. I called and the call center rescheduled me for an earlier date. 20 mins before that appt I get a call that there is no surgeon that day so I need to stick to my original day but now the time is 230. That was fine. Insurance only approved the 1 tooth, I spoke with the office and today is confirmed a few days ago. Last night the call center calls saying it needs rescheduled. Had a terrible experience at this place came in today to get 2 wisdom teeth removed confirm my appointment and everything the day before and still had issues when I went in today. Multiple people told me that they were going to put me to sleep and sedate me. I came in. They told me that they were only gonna put me under a local anesthesia, I was extremely anxious and had concerns. No one reassured me or educated me on the procedure would work I had to do my own research and still didn’t feel comfortable after a few minutes. because nobody was answering my questions directly I decided that I still want to go through with the procedure anyway despite the unprofessionalism the doctor Then told me I could only get one tooth pulled then and was extremely rude that I just took the referral to a

Very disappointing experience. I have been trying to get my wisdom tooth surgery completed through this office for almost two years, with repeated last-minute rescheduling that significantly disrupted my work schedule. There were ongoing communication issues with both insurance and records, including being told to wait six months for X-rays only to later be told they already had them. During these delays, my tooth became infected and increasingly painful. The final straw was my most recent visit. I received same-day confirmation of my appointment, drove 45 minutes to the office, and was then told it had to be rescheduled again due to lack of WiFi. Given the ongoing scheduling and communication problems, I will not be returning and would not recommend this office.

Chantel was so cheerful and wonderful!! I left my last appointment feeling disappointed and hurt by my Dentist and the lack of concern for my anxiety but Chantel was so helpful and sweet. She made me want to come back.
