Cleveland Clinic - Euclid Hospital Emergency Department

My Brother and I came Thursday morning and Friday morning!! The ER crew BOTH days worked Swiftly and efficiently!!! Working with the public is not always easy! But This ER is So Compassionate and Professional I gave to give a BIG shout out to Tanner (young tall) young man!! I Cannot say enough about this TEAM of Care Professional’s May GOD Bless Each and every one of yall and continue to keep you guys in good health mentally & physically!! My Brother was the patient!

Great hospital I came for pain and found out I need oxygen at home, I was admitted for 2 days, these staff are treated horribly by patients really overworked, but still have great attitudes about it, under staffed and under played, glad I came. Also great view lol

Unfortunately I didn’t get the nurse and nursing students names but if you are going to have an attitude while dealing with the sick or injured you should find another job. You can tell the nurses that do it for the money and those who really care about people.

I went for pain. I slipped and fell down The steps service was horrible. Doctor treated me like I wasn't human stared at me. Check me out in my clothes. Never put me in a room with a bed. Was in a waiting room for 3 hours and pain. After doctor check me out, a nurse, come and give me a gown. Tell me to change. I'm still not in a room. Then they tell me to carry all my things with me to X-ray. After X-ray, they put me in a waiting room in my gown. never got a room. I left because I was not going to stay in pain standing up in a gown and a room full of strangers. I will be filing a complaint with the state. This is my third time, and this is why I hate going to emergencies, these doctors don't listen, they don't take the time to give you the right care.

Went to visit my mom whom is a patient. Had my service dog with me. Had his papers also. The Geriatric unit would not allow my dog in because it was my dog. Then, a security officer who is a police officer told me 4 times he had to call his boss. I told him call your boss. This was very illegal, I had a stroke in February. I have a rain bleed on my frontal lobe. Tomorrow is going to be a long day. The laws for service animals are the same in all 50 states! This place needs to learn they were wrong.
