I called to see if I could bring my dog (seen by another vet normally) for a second opinion and X-ray of her leg and the woman who answered the phone was so rude. She immediately questioned me as to why I was calling another vet if I already have one, and I explained I was calling around for pricing on x-rays and asked if that was something that people usually do and all she stated was, “Well, we don’t do second opinions” with a horrible attitude and rude demeanor. I’m actually glad I had this awful experience because now I know I will never bring a pet here just based on how the front desk answers the phone and treats their potential patients.

Very nice place went here for the first time this morning. The whole staff was very nice and professional. I will be returning for all of my cats' needs!

I love that they explained my dog first rabies shot to me it's time for her second shot then she won't have to get another one for 5yrs

My family has been going to see Dr Susan for my whole life with our dogs. Now I bring my own. She is absolutely the best. I wouldn’t want to take my pets anywhere else.

The people there seemed decent. However, I had to call and reschedule a few times due to finances. I need my dogs teeth cleaned desperately, but they insisted on bloodwork, but I can't afford that so they mentioned I could opt out of it if I signed a form and I said okay. I had his appt. today and they did his bloodwork anyways without asking me and without giving me the paperwork to sign and $240 for bloodwork that I didn't have that was supposed to be strictly for dental care. Now he has a kidney problem and more money. I'm just frustrated because this is not what was discussed and not what was planned at all. If you go here, please make sure you advocate for yourself and your animal because they did all of this without asking me first.
