You can tell that they truly care by the attention they give you, the patience they exhibit, as well as their professionalism. Monica at the front desk made an outstanding first impression which set the bar high for the rest of the staff but each staff member lived up to the expectation set upon arrival. Rebecca is a knowledgeable and caring medical provider and Jenny was very kind. Dr. Ferguson is detail oriented and thorough. After trying to walk in at CareSpot and the reception at the desk told another patient that people with appointments have priority over walk ins, I decided to try this urgent care. I am very pleased with the service. From the lady at the front desk, to the nurse, to Dr Ferguson, everyone was very polite and caring. They understand that people are seeing them because they are not feeling well. The care was top notch and I will be recommending this urgent care to others.

Very nice team of people. Very accommodating. It’s a clean and thorough office. I think they genuinely do the best that they can and that they would be a suitable place to go when it’s a non-life-threatening emergency.
