Clermont Pharmacy

I have been getting a med from them for a number of years. Never a problem until now. I called for a refill and was told the “new owner” is rebranding the company and they are no longer filling prescriptions!! I have no idea what “rebranding” means to him but, there was no notification. No indication that they are not going to fill prescriptions.??? Apparently the so-called owner could not care less about patients and their medical needs. I was told to find another pharmacy. Point blank. No apology. No help. Dumped it on me with absolutely no concern on their behalf. Had my regular pharmacy call to transfer my script to them. They called me and said they had to contact my Dr. that Clermont pharmacy was rude and said I had no refills. My empty bottle say, very clearly 10.0 refills.

Difficult to work with. No after hours service not even a recording device on their telephone!

Very nice Staff. Always on time with my refills. Very helpful. I would recommend this pharmacy if you’re looking for reasonable pricing.
