I had such a great experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was incredibly professional, transparent, and genuinely kind. Everything was explained clearly, and I really appreciated how honest and thorough they were when discussing my treatment options. It never felt rushed or transactional - they truly took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and informed. It’s rare to find a place that combines such a high level of professionalism with real compassion and care for their patients. You can tell Christian (the dentist) takes pride in what he does and genuinely wants the best for the people he treats. The dental hygienists: Adrianna and Miranda were so kind and made me feel comfortable in a dental office setting (which is not always the case for me.

Always a great experience at Clermont Family Dentistry - South. I hadn’t been in over a year, but it’s always nice to come back to such friendly service and attentive care. The team is professional and welcoming, and now I have my treatment plan, which gives me peace of mind. Highly recommend!

My daughter had a new tooth coming in while her baby tooth was still there causing her discomfort. The staff was amazing at taking their time with her exam, x-rays and when the doctor would be in to communicate on what we could do to help her. I couldn’t be happier with how they handled her appointment, and walking her through every step. The waiting room is relaxing and comfortable if you’re nervous, staff is welcoming and very friendly! The doctor was very kind, knowledgeable, funny and made my daughter feel very comfortable!! Thank you again for having a great team! It’s a beautiful office and very clean! I’ve been a patient for two years and it’s been a fantastic relationship. From the exceptional front desk, to the caring hygienist, and the down to earth dentists this has been the best dental experience. Cleanings are judgment free and a breeze. Can’t suggest this practice enough and already have to all my local friends.

Definitely one of the best dental offices I’ve ever been to, and it goes far beyond the modern facility! Being a patient in a place where the staff genuinely seem happy to work there is certainly a huge differentiator. That happiness reflects the honesty and respect Dr. Ortiz has for his staff, and the consequence is the best possible experience for their patients. Today, one of the excellent hygienists performed my cleaning. It was painless—I almost fell asleep in the dental chair! :) BTW, Dr. Ortiz speaks several languages fluently, including Spanish and even mine, which is Portuguese! Not to mention his warmth and empathy when he came in for my exam; it felt more like a pleasant conversation, and in my own language. I truly felt like I was back home in Brazil.
