Dr. Qualley is an amazing doctor. He truly listens and always has a solution for pain. He takes the time to explain everything and makes you feel heard and cared for. I’m very grateful to have a doctor like him and highly recommend him to anyone dealing with chronic pain. He is one of the best doctors I’ve had. I always leave my appointments feeling supported and confident in my treatment plan.

I had a good experience during my initial appointment with Dr. Qualley. The staff at the Destin Clearway Pain Solution office was courteous and friendly. The nurse (Kristen) was professional, thorough and kind. She immediately put my wife and I at ease while preparing me for Dr. Qualley’s visit. It was a pleasure to meet Dr. Qualley. He put us at ease right away. He listened intently while I explained my pain symptoms injury history. Dr. Qualley explained the processes and procedures that he was going to use to attempt to alleviate my pain. He thoroughly and patiently answered my wife and my questions before we left. We both felt comfortably that it was a good visit.

I have never had such a long running negative experience with a doctor’s office. My visits themselves had issues, but it’s what came after that has caused me the most stress. First, my two visits (claims) were processed incorrectly as out of network. I called their offshore customer service twice to get this fixed. Eventually, it was corrected. Then, I went to check again, and it somehow reverted back to out of network for a new claim despite the fact I haven’t been back. During all of this, I’ve been calling the customer service because the doctor has not done anything with the multiple prior authorizations the hospital has been sending them (for a service they referred me to). Let me start by saying that this was my first visit seeing this Doctor. He may be one of my favorite pain management doctors & may have inadvertently saved my life! My surgeon put me on a medication that I’ve taken sporadically for years but a high dose & regularly. Had no idea it’s supposed to be tapered down or I could actually die. I had started taking less on my own & was having all these issues that I now know were withdrawals. I like that he’s helping me get off narcotics following surgery & seems much more knowledgeable than many other doctors I’ve seen in the past. What I don’t like however is not being told that he’s in the same office as Dr creek. Would have been helpful to know in the first place. Especially since you cannot reach anyone in the office.
