Clearwater Health & Wellness

I had a mixed experience at Clearwater Health and Wellness. The provider seems knowledgeable, but scheduling timely appointments was sometimes difficult. At times, interactions with the office staff felt dismissive, which made communicating about my care more stressful than expected. I also had some concerns about privacy during phone communications. While there were positive aspects of care, improving scheduling, responsiveness, and staff communication could enhance the overall patient experience.

Anita was so wonderful with my son. She really went above and beyond to take care of him and we appreciate her so much. Also a big Thank You to Barb at the front desk for answering all of our questions and making us feel like we mattered. You guys are an amazing team!

I've been going to Anita for over five years. I would follow her if she moved across the state. She Listens. She hears. She remembers. And she cares about not only what is best, but what my wishes are. I feel confident knowing she is on my side with health and wellness decisions.

This place sucks! I was forced to go here by my employer for a random drug screening. I arrived at 11:55, after I filled out the paperwork I was told that they're closed from 12:00 to 1:00 and that I wasn't allowed to leave because it's a random drug screening. I'm not a criminal, I'm not on probation and I'm not on drugs. The entire time I was stuck there the door was open and they were treating other "patients" for expensive cosmetic things while I sat there in captivity. They were obviously not closed, they could have told me that rule at 11:55 before I filled out the paperwork, and they could have treated me like a normal person instead of a criminal. If you have a choice, chose no.

Best in town. The team is great. They are always on time and ready to assist in any way they can. Look forward to seeing you guys again soon!
