absolutely awful practice to come to. they are very negligent especially in their ortho team. they do not care about the wellbeing of their patients, they will put the work on and then do NOTHING ELSE. almost every time ive come in there is a different lady because they do not know how to keep their staff. the only reason we decided to come here was because a friend was working here but she then left because how terrible the work conditions were. i have been struggling with these dentist since before the man that retired daughter took over and she’s just the same. they do not answer the phone, they will constantly cancel and reschedule important appointments. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE.

This is a terrible place to take your kids for braces or dental work. My daughter ended up needing braces put back on the bottom teeth because the retainer was made wrong we got two different opinions from other Orthodontist. My son would have to drive over there several times to get his retainers made over and over again. She also did some dental work on my husband and she got into the root and didn't tell him and continued to try to hide it until he was seen by another dental office and they couldn't believe that that's the kind of work she does and calls herself a dentist. Definitely wouldn't recommend anyone go hear you're better off driving to Wichita.

I just visited this office just recently and it was absolutely amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I did not feel like I was at a dentist office. The environment was very calm and relaxing, and they got me in and out in a timely manner and I was actually looking forward to seeing them on my next trip

I have never had a poorer dental experience than I did here four years ago. I needed several fillings, and Dr. Frisch attempted to perform them. I was eighteen at the time and naive. I asked her several times how many fillings I needed, but she never gave me a straight answer. I should have left then, but unfortunately for me and my wallet, I didn't. Not only was the experience incredibly painful, all the fillings she gave me have failed since then, and I've had to have them redone. She missed entire sections of decay and filled over them, so the decay continued to spread underneath the fillings. The dentist I went to after her fortunately caught her mistakes quickly and repaired the damage before I needed root canals, but that doesn't make up for her unacceptable performance. Avoid Dr. Fr

Very helpful. Explained everything that they were doing. I liked going there very much. Nice people.
